  2. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and from 11 PM to 8 AM on weekends to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
  3. Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas. Personal items must be stored in designated spaces, not left in shared spaces.
  4. Safety First: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including fire safety rules and emergency procedures. Familiarize yourself with exit routes and assembly points.
  5. Visitor Policy: Visitors are welcome but must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Overnight guests must be registered with the management office if staying for more than two nights.
  6. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash in common areas and cannot be left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  7. Filming and Photography: Any commercial filming or photography requires prior authorization and adherence to specific guidelines set by the management to minimize disruption.
  8. Parking: Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Parking spaces must not be used for storage or blocking access to others.
