Tenby Castle Beach, accessible either via the harbor or a steep flight of steps off The Paragon, presents a superb sandy expanse with a cliff-backed backdrop. This picturesque beach can vanish entirely at high tide but reveals intriguing features at low tide, particularly between Castle Hill and St Catherine’s Island, unfortunately restricted to the public. Boats to Caldey Island set off from Castle Beach during low tide when the harbor is dry.
